Getting your boss’s boss to understand is one of the most challenging aspects of the job of a RAMS professional. This workshop will fill many of the gaps associated with communicating reliability, risk, and resiliency to senior decision makers. In addition to standard material, this popular workshop has been updated in 2022 to include specific material related to business case evaluations (BCEs) and root cause analysis (RCAs). The workshop is targeted for the intermediate level professional. It will be delivered from the perspective of a RAMS practitioner who has the dual role of serving on decision-making bodies — as well as providing reliability, risk, and resiliency information to decision makers.
