This webinar provide an overview of two competing methodologies of project management, specifically, scrum (a subset of agile) and waterfall.
It will present the historical roots of each as well as provide the logistical implementation of each, including risk management.
It will compare and contrast the methodologies, and lastly, the webinar will evaluate the value of scrum in chaotic situations.
